Manufacturing Human Capital per Ton

Two people working with the basic system can produce 4,900 lbs. of oil in an eight hour shift. Dividing that by 2 you get 2,450 lbs. per person per shift. Most of their time is spent ensuring supplies of molybdenum and oil are
in place and ready to work or moving finished products. These are semi-skilled positions but should be backed up by an available skilled worker in case assistance is needed.

Other Technical Details

This is the basic TAL system. If expanded and automated production is used output per employee can be significantly increased. The biggest limiting factor is the flow thru rate of the centrifuge employed. An industrial flow thru centrifuge with the capacity you intend to grow into is highly recommended. The choke point is the centrifuge. As for mixing greases, Anti-Seize compounds and the like food processing equipment works very well for mixing of our products. Transferring from one oil to another is  simple and only requires a methyl ester flush and drying time.
